hey mrs emery i just read that book i had told you about and put it on your podium(black cover). i really want you to read it, its a little sad but i really like the plot and the way the author portrays the main characters. Right now, im reading this book called Patron St. of Butterflies and so far its about a community that is separated from the rest of the world, (sort of like the giver and kind of like that book in 6th grade(i dont know if you know what im talking about but i can explain later) and it was a place designated for a community that would always be holy. they have rules and regulations and the whole story begins when two teenage girls get out and find out their whole lives are based on lies. [(kind of interesting and kind of weird)yet it reminds me of religion and what it would actually be holy all the time and not know the difference.]

love ya,

Wow, I feel special now, Mrs. Emery. Anyways, I'm reading the third book of Pretty Little Liars, called Perfect. It's a good book, but I think it's getting a little boring. But the mystery of who 'A' is really keeps the book going. I think it's good read, for anyone who wants to try those series :).

You guys may have seen the book I am reading. You know, the one that is the thickest book you could possibly read, but you could read it in a day? It's called Impulse, by Ellen Hopkins. It tells of how three kids are in an facility for trying to kill themselves. It truly is a great book, but some parts dragged way too flippin long. The beginning was excellent, the ending also. I reccommend it.

Study your pronouns,
A.M.

P.S. READ CRANK! These book are not series (except for Crank and Glass), but Crank is awesome. It really graphically (and I mean GRAPHICALLY) explains a girl's run in with a monster, crank (crystal meth). Beautiful book. Now I know I am not taking drugs.

Adam, was there a chance you were going to use drugs before you had read Crank????
Also, be careful of your adjective use....

I am between books right now, but don't worry I'm going to Borders this weekend. I want to get Guy Meets Guy. It sounds kind of weird, but I'm intrigued.

I would suggest that you all read Nineteen Minutes. It is really long, but it's also really good. Don't be intimidated by its size.

Mrs. Emery, I'm sorry, but there was no chance of me taking drugs before readng CRANK. I knew drugs were bad (that is why I took D.A.R.E) because they could kill me. I am now reading The Lovely Bones, so watch out for a book that I am carrying that with a bracelet on it that looks like my mother and female relatives would enjoy. IT IS ALSO A GUY BOOK!!!!!!!!

I hate adjectives,
A.M.

P.S. Mrs. Emery, if you did not get the message, me + adjectives do not = connection(but adverbs I can handle).

Mrs. Emery, I read my first comment, and now notice my improper use of the adjective very. It was used in an improper way. See, I thought it was when I used really graphically, but then realized my mistake. You know me, I like to put my feelings in the open (Khoa, put that in your tally book or whatever you keep to mark down the many things I do or ask). Speaking of feelings, I finished "Speak" (no pun intended). Great ending.

Sorry again,
A.M.

I am reding this book called "Marley and Me" and I love it!. It reminds me of my dog Buster because he is also very mischevious. It is a funny book about how a family deals with their dog on top of all of their other problems. I would definetely recommend it.

I went to Borders today. I just started The Outsiders. My mother really wants me to read it. I'll let you know how it goes.

I am currently reading "A Size Twelve is not Fat". Its about a girl named Heather Wells who used to be a singer and now works at Residence Hall. You think that it is going to be about how a size twelve is an average size but it actually ends up being about a murder in Residence Hall. It's really entertaining and I am really enjoying what I've read so far.

The other book I had started to read was "New Moon" which is the sequel to "Twilight" but my mother took that because she finished "Twilight". SO guess what book I'm going to start on now... "Twilight"! So excited :]

I'm also still reading Taleya's book "Lust" interesting start - I sort of have the plot but not far enough into it yet to explain.

Hey guys, well I finished The Lovely Bones. It truly was a great book, but the end kind of let me hanging. I mean, what?????? It just ended. It was so unexpected. Then they had the last chapter "Bones" and was kind of good. But it still was a great book.
I am now reading The Story of Edgard Sawtelle. It seemed like a fascinating book. I read the reviews about it and was interested. The story seems very complex, hopefully these 562 pages are worth it.

Study, study, study,
A.M.

P.S. The Lovely Bones is most definately not a girl book. IT IS A GUY BOOK also. Go to watch Heroes tonight (9 o'clock). Bye

I am not very far into the book "The Boyfriend List" (yes Lauren I know you LOVE that book) and I am really intrigued by it but I'm not far enough into it to tell if I like it or not. It is mostly a teenage girl book about an adolescent who becomes an outcast, and as a result goes to see a psychologist from having panic attacks. That's about all I know for now, but I've heard it's a great book. I'm really excited to read it!
