TKAM Diction

List examples of vivid images, purpose of dialogue, sentence style, dialect, or narrative.

Make sure to include page numbers.

ok well i guess im the only person who wants to help people :) aren't i nice? haha. well i think Atticus uses long and involved sentences for example page 273 when Atticus is talking to the jury, but all of his sentences are LONG... also i think that the tone would be suspenseful and i think the sentence style of each character does agree with the tone....

no daniel ur not! and umm page 46 there is direct characterization of mrss. dubose, by dill, "meanest old lady who ever lived".......then there was inderect characterization when it explained how Cecil jacobs walked 1 mile out of his way to avoid mrs. Dubose and how jem won't walk past her house without atticus is another example. And as for Dialogue jargon was used, one was hot steams, whicha are spirits stuck between heaven and earth, they were beliefs of the children and the another jargon was Scuppernongs which means grapes

anyone who comments here please tell me the difference of a Narrative and a Vivid Image and don't call me stupid because I know I am for asking that but I seriously don't know that there is a difference... they look the same to me...
